Moonee Beach Estate is the only residential master-planned community on the Coffs Coast, consisting of 53ha of coastal land.
Town were appointed as the marketing and advertising agency to manage all integrated facets of project development. This included a branding refresh across all aspects of the project, such as a revamped website, signage, advertising and sales materials.
We created Lot Plans and a Masterplan that were designed to be customer-friendly and easy to understand, ensuring a cohesive and appealing presentation across all touchpoints.

Get Lost In The Moment – Northern Rivers NSW
NSW Premier & Cabinet actioned a ‘Northern Rivers Business Recovery Program’ to support the region to rapidly recover from the floods. This campaign funding was to promote that the Northern Rivers was ‘back and open for business’ and to also complement activity undertaken by Destination NSW to attract visitors back to the region.
